After we call the five higher pairs of DNA strands into place, we command that the strands and chromosomes
be capped with telomere.

Telomere is a scientific term. If a rope is cut, it frays unless tied or burned. Just like that, the DNA will unravel if it is not capped with telomere. Telomere is a protein that is the biological clock for the cell. When a cell divides and replicates, the entire DNA ladder splits down the middle. It then moves through the nucleus wall into the cell body and attracts its complimentary half, creating two identical ladders. Each time it does this, it loses a bit of its telomere. When the telomere is gone, the DNA unravels and the cell dies. In the time you have been reading this, thousands of cells in your body have died and been replaced. This is a natural part of the life cycle.

After this and several other commands, we thank the God Source and the help and release the work by saying "It is done."

This is the beginning of a process that unfolds over weeks, months and years. We release this process so that it can unfold unhindered and that it may continue in a manner most appropriate for each individual.

I then call my energy back to my sacred space and do a brief exercise to clear the energy between us.

This work can be done in a group or individually, in person, over the telephone or remotely. There is no separation of space in this work. In my experience, it is as powerful in every way.
